Andre Hobbs began his career in 2005 in stunning San Diego, CA, selling luxury and residential real estate and becoming Luxury and International Market, Miilitary Relocation certified with Coldwell Banker University and being awarded into the Coldwell Banker International Presidential Circle (Top 5 percent Worldwide).
He moved to San Diego after serving in the United States Navy - first onboard USS Midway (CV 41), which is now a prominent museum in this beautiful city. As the years past was honored Sailor of the Year, onboard U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) and awarded a posting in the U. S. Embassy, Canberra, Australia, where he served as a Diplomat, Training Officer and Presidential Staff under the keen leadership of Ambassador Honorable Edward Perkins overseeing and managing 6 Million training budget for the Australian Defense Force (ADF) for United States education in military excellence. After receiving multiple accolades and achievements, his journey ended in May 2000, where he managed MJE Marketing firm until 2005 - then moved into his next chapter to begin his journey in an amazing real esate career.
From July 2012 to 2018 served as Former President (2 Terms) and now National Director, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), a non-profit 501(c)(3) and HUD-Approved housing counseling organization dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership, financial literacy education, VA loan awareness, and economic opportunity for the active-military and veteran communities.
Additionally, since 2017 has inspired many sellers, buyers and colleagues, as Military TV Host on The Neighborhood San Diego weekly tv series, bringing awareness to local residents, active-duty military and veterans about the affordability and benefits on home values and ownership.
To further his real estate knowledge and education, received his Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation to unlock global reat estate opportunities, catering to diverse audiences from the United States and abroad.
